Listening to the demo mastering, me and Jacob Grey were sold after ten seconds. Because we were comparing mastering engineers we weren’t sure if we were truly mind blown or tricked haha. So after listening again we were absolutely sure!! The way you’ve approached and harnessed our sound with you mastering skills is absolutely incredible!! Totally glued together but in such a way it didn’t take away too much dynamics. The bass and kick very tight. Acoustic guitars very defined along with the clear vocals. The higher frequencies very silky. Absolutely stoked about the rest of the EP.

Echt: alles is magisch mooi in balans, de beats pompen precies daar waar je wilt (erg mooi hoe je het hoog nog duidelijker naar voren hebt weten te brengen), op alle systemen waar ik het heb gechecked blijven de tracks geweldig overeind staan (zelfs op de kutspeakertjes van m’n telefoon). “Ik had in eerste instantie voor de mastering-service van Ivogekozen omdat ik wist dat hij veel HipHop had gedaan en metname de artiesten waar ik zelf door geinspireerd raak als producer.In de mix ben ik erg kieskeurig en kies ik voor een hybride aanpak waar ik zowel analoge apparatuur als software gebruik om het liedje op poten te zetten. Als het gaat om mastering ben ik minstens net zo kieskeurig en misschien wel nog kieskeuriger.

Ivo heeft een prachtige master aangeleverd. De communicatie verliep ook prima. Hij heeft goed door wat het liedje nodig heeft en wat moet worden aangestipt om het zowel technisch als muzikaal af te maken.

Ik verwijs sinds de vette master van Ivo anderen vaak naar hem door, wetende dat het dan allemaal dik in orde komt.”
